After each session we set goals, so you work on a theme every week to change your lifestyle in small steps.
It's nice that you don't get a strict diet, but she leaves the choices to you, you decide through awareness what you eat or don't eat. It's more of a lifestyle change but in phases. She thinks along with you and comes up with tips that fit your lifestyle / family situation.
